Back In The 80s

My Mum has got a walk-in closet. The dream of every girl, clothes stacked to the ceiling. Some of them must have been stored for 100 years (I only estimate), like the sweater I wanna show you today.

Fortunately I had the honour to keep some sorted pieces. To me it seems like there are true, individual treasures in the „depths of her closet“. Mum just doesn’t understand why I like her old stuff but I think it can be really cool in combination with some modern elements. For example: My „new“ oversize sweater, that I fell in love with instantly. It’s convenient and I like the colour. Due to the fact that spring is coming, I don’t even need a jacket!

In the near future you’ll probably see more of my Mum’s old pieces. I think it’s fascinating to consider that she has worn these clothes 30 years ago and that I have the opportunity to revive them now 🙂

How do you like my outfit? Have you ever „inherited“ something like that?
